Office Hours – Individual Support for International staff
A gentle, structured space for personalized guidance during the Corporate Vitality Program.
They are short, structured, optional 1:1 individual check‑ins to participants during the Corporate Vitality & Regulation Program. They educational, skills-based, workplace-focused.
Think of them as:
- mini consultations
- micro‑support sessions
- brief regulation check‑ins
- not therapy
- not coaching
- not deep emotional processing
They are 15–20 minute slots where participants can ask:
- “How do I apply this tool to my situation?”
- “I’m struggling with X at work. What regulation practice would help?”
- “How do I handle this emotional pattern I notice?”
- “How can I support myself better during transitions?”
You stay in the educational, skills-based, workplace-focused zone.
Why they are optional
Because not everyone needs them, but some individuals benefit from a moment of personalized attention.
While group workshops provide shared learning, not everyone feels comfortable in groups. Some internationals prefer private space and want personalized guidance. Some want to ask culturally sensitive questions in a private zone.
These consultations deepen the impact of the program without requiring long or intensive sessions.
