Program formats & pricing
Every organisation is different. I offer three formats:
- Small teams (up to 50 participants): €15K
- Medium organisations (50–200 participants): €40K–€60K
- Large organisations (200+ participants): €80K–€120K
Optional monthly retainers for ongoing support: €3K–€10K/month.
