Quality and Complaints

As a therapist, I comply with Wkkgz complaint law and disciplinary law at the Disputes Body for Alternative Therapists (GAT). GAT is a government-recognized and fully independent Wkkgz disputes committee.

It can happen that despite my adherence to these standards, you may feel that you have a complaint about my professional practice or treatment. Before you do so, I appreciate if you contact me first and give me a chance to address your complaint. In case we cannot come to a mutual understanding you can contact the GAT.
